Les P'tits Amants - Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

With a beautiful deep red colour, almost black, our Cabernet Sauvignon is complex and round. The aromas are intense, a mixture of crushed black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant coulis), smoky notes (peat) and spices (cinnamon). Long in the mouth, velvety, it is perfectly balanced. The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity, early in the morning. Once destemmed, they macerate for 15 days to 3 weeks in vats. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with temperature control. Pumping over is regular. Malolactic fermentation takes place in vats.
