Description
With its ruby colour and red hues, this is an elegant wine with a spicy, liquorice nose and notes of red and black fruits. The palate is supple and well-structured with very present fruit aromas and fine tannins that give an elegant length. The grapes are harvested by hand. The grapes are vinified in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Traditional maceration lasts 15 days. 10% of the volume is matured in new barrels in order to bring additional complexity to the wine.
