Description
Pale gold in colour, our Viognier is rich and very aromatic. The nose suggests apricot and vine peach. A fresh, voluptuous and greedy entrance to the mouth, its vivacity leads to a finish of white flowers and lavender. An exceptional balance between richness and acidity. The harvest is early. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control (15° to 18°C). The wine is aged for several months in vats on fine lees. There is no malolactic fermentation in order to keep a good freshness.

Article Win Align : "David Lawrason – Here’s bright, exotic and totally correct viognier with classic aromas of apricot, starfruit,
mandarin and licorice. It is medium weight, smooth indeed almost satin-like with a hint of sweetness, decent
balancing acidity and very good to excellent length.
