PRODUCTION METHODS : - Pre-fermentation and cold maceration - Traditional fermentation at low temperature, - Pigeage and vatting of 6 weeks - Ageind in 500L French oak barrels over 12 months TASTING Appearance : Intense red, with purple reflections Nose : Red and black fruits ; lightly spicy Palate : Supple and full with silky tannins, giving over to a display of black fruits and spices
