Description
Schist soils with an acidic tendency.Parcel-by-parcel selection of Syrah grapes, harvested by hand. Traditional vinification with a search for finesse and elegance. Aged 18 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in vats.
On the nose, jammy fruits, coffee and tobacco notes. On the palate, ripe black fruits, empyreumatic and toasted aromas. A full-bodied and elegant wine.
To be enjoyed with noble pieces of beef, but also with game, it is ideal with a duck stew with black olives for example.
