Description
Soils of alluvial plains on the banks of the river. Manual harvesting. Traditional vinification. 4 months maturation in vats and kept on lees with stirring for 2 to 3 weeks.
An expressive nose dominated by notes of white flesh fruits and citrus. The palate is fresh, fleshy and aromatic. Floral and citrus notes (lemon).
A nice balance of fruit and freshness, perfect for the aperitif with tapenade or grilled fish.
