Schist soils with an acidic tendency. Manual harvesting. Traditional vinification - Aged 12 months in vats.
A pleasant nose, a mixture of tapenade, nutmeg and black cherries. cherries. The palate has notes of prunes, mocha and mentholated flavours.
To be enjoyed with roasted white meats or grilled red meats.
