Château La Font des Ormes

Le Château La Font des Ormes is a property on 25ha in Caux in the Hérault. We have been certified as organic since 2016 and as biodynamic par Demeter since 2018. We use traditional Languedoc grape varieties. Our terroir has the particuliarity of being pure basalt, as we are situated on the lava flow of an ancient volcano. This rare mixture of basalt and Miocene limestone confers freshness, minerality and fine tanins on our wines.
