Terroir : Limestone of the Miocène on the « Appellation d’Origine Protégée » Pézenas area (Languedoc) Vineyards: Organic agriculture, grapes certified biodynamie. Organic compost, green manure, light tillage, hand-harvesting. Low natural yield (35 hl/ha) Wine : Smooth extraction by short remontage. Ageing in concrete tanks. Tasting notes : This wine is marked by its floral and fruit flavours. It tasting will mostly offer back fruits aromas with plum, blackberry, but also strawberry aromas. This is a balanced wine that will show roundness in the mouth. Production : 6 500 bouteilles
