Grapes: 100% Terret Bourret Terroir : Basalt on Miocene limestone in the Languedoc Pézenas Appellation Vineyards: Organic agriculture, grapes certified biodynamie. Organic compost, green manure, light tillage, hand-harvesting. Low natural yield (25 hl/ha). Tastings notes: A lovely pale straw colour. The nose is refined and delicate with flowery notes along with pepper and silex. The mouth is fresh with a certain amount of consistence. This is a stimulating wine which respects the identity of the terret bourret at La Font des Ormes. Production : 1160 bouteilles
