YIELD & SOIL - 45 hl / ha - Chalky clay soil & river pebbles LABEL - Organic Label - AB Ecocert - No added sulphites VINIFICATION - Hand harvest at optimum maturity, then grapes are destemmed and placed in vats. Traditional vinification in vats(separately for the two grape varieties). Alcoholic fermentation in vats, then ageing in French and American oak barrels for 15 months. No sulphiting in barrels or when bottled. EYE - Dark red color NOSE - Sweet spices of Mediterranea, notes of liquorice MOUTH - Stone fruits, liquorice and sweet spices. Silky tannins and very good balance on the finish.
