The Château de Lastours is a wine estate of 900 hectares including 100 hectares of vineyards and 10 hectares of olive trees anchored in the terroir of the Corbières Maritime. The vineyard has been certified in organic farming since 2020. Property of the Allard family since 2004, their desire is to make it the emblematic domain of Languedoc. Thanks to the innovations and the particular passion brought to the vineyard and to the winemaking, its Languedoc identity is revealed in the fruit and the finesse.
