A word from the winegrower : The estate's emblematic cuvée explodes with the ardour of syrah, the fruitiness of grenache and mourvèdre like pepper and salt.

Tasting comments : Built around syrah and aged in barrels for twelve months, this dark garnet-coloured cuvée releases a complex nose of ripe fruit, vanilla and toast. On the palate, the violet and black fruits are round, tender and balanced, backed by a supple and silky structure.
