-Tasting notes Bright, cherry red colour. Smokey on the nose with notes of cherry and redcurrant on the palate. The tanins are soft and ripe offering beautiful complexity and length. -Pairing Excellent as an aperitif and with tapas, summer BBQs and salads. Will also pair well with a chargrilled steak, Beef Wellington and wine based stews.
