Available: bottles of 0,75 cl/0.25 fl oz. Preservation : 1 to 2 years. Terroir : sandy limestone, clay, sand, pebbles. Conglomerates and sandstones give light, well drained soil.Plot selection : vines are more than 20 years old. Vinification : Direct pressing of the grapes harvested in the cool of dawn, nicked just after the harvest. Thanks to the thermo- regulated tanks which maintained cold in, the harvested juice retain all its aromas.Aging process : 5 month in wine vat. Tasting: Gastronomic wine, Bright pink and fruity with a light dress petal colour pink and lightly salmon.
