Description
This is an intensely coloured wine showing off the bright purple red contributed by the Carignan. There are rich and complex aromas of spice, violets, prunes and chocolate. On the palate, the Carignan provides freshness and the Syrah lovely fine tannins. This is an elegant wine with a full mouthfeel and lingering fruit spice and cocoa flavours.
