Description
Golden and frank color. First nose of mango and pear evolving on aromas of white chocolate. The mouth is full and tasty dominated by iodine and saline aromas. Confidence is a wine of good length enhanced by unexpected freshness. To be consumed with pan-fried livers, veal rice, lobsters in butter, langoustines, sole, seared scallops. Serving temperature: 10-12 ° C. Keep for 2 to 3 years.
