A Unique experiment: a Burgundy-aging for a Languedoc wine: An unusual period of 24 months in 600 L barrels of the finest quality French oak. Our most ancient plots of Syrah (80%, 28 hl/ha) with Grenache (20%, 30 hl/ha) all harvested and selected by hand. Limited production in heavy Burgundy bottled, waxed by hand.
