Clairette Rose 2019

Eye : limpid with pale yellow hints ; a slightly pink reflection. Nose : dominated by white flowers and white fruits. Palate : it is freshness itself, sharp, fruity and easy to drink. White flowers, white fruits with a pink grapefruit finish… This wine is a perfect companion to apéritif but also salted pies, shellfish and white-flesh fish... Ageing capacity : should be drunk young. Serving temperature: chilled (8-12°C).
